Prof Andrea de Guttry is the Director of the International Training Programme for Conflict Management (ITPCM) at the Scuola Sant'Anna. He is Principal Investigator in several research projects at the national and international level. He has been one of the Editors of the book "International Disaster Response Law" (ASSER SPRINGER, 2012)  and has extensively wirtten on legal aspects related to disaster management. 

Within the intensive course he will be delivering an introductory session on International human rights law.
