Focus Environment Research Group: Webinar 21 May 2021

Prof. Emanuele Sommario, module leader and coordinator of EIHRSDS, will participate in the webinar "FocusEnvironment Research Group", organised by the Center for Interlegality Research at the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna | Pisa.

The webinar will take place on 21 May 2021, from 1.30 to 3.30 pm. 

Following the welcome greetings by Prof. Gianluigi Palombella, two working papers written by Sant'Anna scholars will be presented and discussed by their fellow researchers and other participants:

- When climate change and human rights meet: A brief comment on the UN Human Rights Committee’s Teitiota decision, written by Prof. Emanuele Sommario and presented by Dr. Andrea Saba;

- Human Rights and the Environment Before the Inter- American Court of Human Rights, written by Dr. Tleuzhan Zhunussova and presented by Prof. Mariagrazia Alabrese.
